Broadcast Promotion. Licensor shall be permitted to use a portion of the in-game commercial spots, in-game announcer drop-ins and “run-of-schedule” commercial spots made available to Team pursuant to its Media Rights Agreement with MSG Networks for purposes of Licensor Promotion.
