Promotional Outlets Sample Clauses
The Promotional Outlets clause defines where and how a party may advertise, market, or promote a product, service, or brand. It typically specifies the approved channels or platforms—such as social media, print media, online retailers, or physical stores—where promotional activities can take place, and may set limitations or requirements for each outlet. This clause ensures that marketing efforts are aligned with the parties' expectations and brand guidelines, helping to prevent unauthorized or inappropriate promotion and maintaining control over the public image of the product or service.
