Licensee shall not televise or broadcast the Event or any part thereof without the prior written approval of Licensor (which may be withheld in Licensor’s sole discretion, and may be conditioned on Licensee paying an additional fee for the privilege to broadcast the Event, or Licensee procuring additional insurance to cover such broadcasting activities).
