Common use of Broadcasting Clause in Contracts

Broadcasting. In return for the payments to be made by Programmer hereunder, during the Term, Licensee shall broadcast the Programs in analog and digital formats on the Stations, subject to the provisions of Section 6 below. To the extent reasonably necessary to perform this Agreement, during the Term, Licensee shall provide Programmer with the benefits of any of the Stations’ programming contracts, lease agreements and other operating contracts, and Programmer shall perform the obligations of Licensee thereunder, to the extent of the benefits received.

Broadcasting. In return for Subject to the payments to be made by Programmer hereunderprovisions of Sections 2 and 6 hereof, during the Term, Licensee Licensees shall broadcast make available to Programmer the Programs in entire analog and digital formats on programming capacity of the Stations, subject to Stations for the provisions broadcast of Section 6 belowPrograms. To the extent reasonably necessary to perform this Agreement, during the Term, Licensee Licensees shall provide Programmer with the benefits of any of Assets, including the Stations’ programming contracts, lease agreements Assumed Contracts and other operating contractsany Contracts that are used by the Stations but are not Assumed Contracts (as designated by Programmer), and Programmer shall perform the obligations of Licensee Licensees thereunder, to the extent of the benefits received.

To the extent reasonably necessary to perform this Agreement, during the Term, Licensee shall provide Programmer with the benefits of any of the Stations’ programming contracts, lease agreements and other operating contracts, and Programmer shall perform will have the obligations of Licensee thereunder, right to use Licensee’s studio and office facilities for Programmer’s activities at the extent of the benefits receivedStations pursuant to this Agreement.
