Broker Dealer Commissions. All fees paid to AEWM for financial planning services are separate and distinct from the commissions charged by a broker-dealer to implement such recommendations.

Brokerage Commissions All brokers' commissions and other charges incident to the purchase, sale or lending of the Fund 's portfolio securities.
Brokerage Commission Contributor has not engaged the services of, nor has it or will it or Acquirer become liable to, any real estate agent, broker, finder or any other person or entity for any brokerage or finder's fee, commission or other amount with respect to the transactions described herein on account of any action by Contributor. Contributor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Acquirer and its employees, directors, members, partners, affiliates and agents harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising out of a breach of the foregoing. This indemnification shall survive Closing or any termination of this Agreement.
Broker Each Note Holder represents to each other that no broker was responsible for bringing about this transaction.
Brokerage In connection with the services provided under subparagraph (b) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the Sub-Advisor shall place all orders for the purchase and sale of portfolio securities for the Portfolio's account with brokers or dealers selected by the Sub-Advisor, which may include brokers or dealers affiliated with the Advisor or Sub-Advisor. The Sub-Advisor shall use its best efforts to seek to execute portfolio transactions at prices which are advantageous to the Portfolio and at commission rates which are reasonable in relation to the benefits received. In selecting brokers or dealers qualified to execute a particular transaction, brokers or dealers may be selected who also provide brokerage and research services (as those terms are defined in Section 28(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934) to the Portfolio and/or to the other accounts over which the Sub-Advisor or Advisor exercise investment discretion. The Sub-Advisor is authorized to pay a broker or dealer who provides such brokerage and research services a commission for executing a portfolio transaction for the Portfolio which is in excess of the amount of commission another broker or dealer would have charged for effecting that transaction if the Sub-Advisor determines in good faith that such amount of commission is reasonable in relation to the value of the brokerage and research services provided by such broker or dealer. This determination may be viewed in terms of either that particular transaction or the overall responsibilities which the Sub-Advisor has with respect to accounts over which it exercises investment discretion. The Trustees of the Trust shall periodically review the commissions paid by the Portfolio to determine if the commissions paid over representative periods of time were reasonable in relation to the benefits to the Portfolio.
Fees and Commissions The fees and commissions that apply to your account are set out in the information box and disclosure statement. You agree to pay the fees and commissions and authorize us to charge them to your account. We reserve the right to change the circumstances in which any of the fees or commissions on your account is charged and the amount of those fees or commissions. You agree that we may impose additional fees and commissions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes or additional fees and commissions if required by applicable law and in accordance with the “Changes” section of this agreement.
Commissions In addition to the aforementioned Pay, the Employee shall be entitled to commissions that are to be paid every and shall be calculated as follows:
Participating Pharmacy means a pharmacy (retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy) that has entered into an agreement to provide Prescription Medications to AvMed Members and has been designated as a Participating Pharmacy. Except for emergencies, covered Prescription Medications must be obtained at Participating Pharmacies.
COMMISSIONS AND EXPENSES (1) The Issuers severally agree to pay to the Agent such fees and commissions as the Issuers and the Agent may separately agree in respect of the services of the Agent and the Paying Agents hereunder together with any out-of-pocket expenses (including legal, printing, postage, tax, cable and advertising expenses required in connection with the Notes issued hereunder) properly incurred by the Agent and the Paying Agents in connection with their said services.
Brokers No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Buyer.
Broker’s Commission The parties recognize as the broker(s) who negotiated this Lease the firm(s), if any, whose name(s) is (are) stated in Item 10 of the Basic Lease Provisions, and agree that Landlord shall be responsible for the payment of brokerage commissions to those broker(s) unless otherwise provided in this Lease. Tenant warrants that it has had no dealings with any other real estate broker or agent in connection with the negotiation of this Lease, and Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any cost, expense or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) for any compensation, commissions or charges claimed by any other real estate broker or agent employed or claiming to represent or to have been employed by Tenant in connection with the negotiation of this Lease. The foregoing agreement shall survive the termination of this Lease. If Tenant fails to take possession of the Premises or if this Lease otherwise terminates prior to the Expiration Date as the result of failure of performance by Tenant, Landlord shall be entitled to recover from Tenant the unamortized portion of any brokerage commission funded by Landlord in addition to any other damages to which Landlord may be entitled.
