Common use of Broker Receipt of Personal Information Clause in Contracts

Broker Receipt of Personal Information. The Customer understands and agrees that the Vendor Products may deliver Personal Information to the Broker, and Customer hereby consents to the Broker’s receipt, storage and use of such Personal Information consistent with the Broker’s then-in-effect policies and procedures.
