Common use of Broker Representation Clause in Contracts

Broker Representation. Landlord and Tenant represent to one another that neither party has dealt with any broker nor is any other fee or commission payable in connection with this Second Amendment. Landlord and Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold one another harmless from and against any and all claims, losses and liabilities arising out of, or relating to, a breach by the indemnifying party of such representation.
