Common use of Broker Representation Clause in Contracts

Broker Representation. Landlord and Tenant represent to one another that neither has dealt with any other broker or finder in connection with this Amendment nor is any fee or commission payable in connection with this Amendment, and each party shall indemnify, defend and hold the other harmless from and against any and all claims, losses and liabilities arising out of, or relating to, a breach by the indemnifying party of such representation.
