Each of Landlord and Tenant represents and warrants to the other that it has not dealt with any broker in connection with this Lease other than Broker and that to the best of its knowledge and belief, no other broker, finder or similar Person procured or negotiated this Lease or is entitled to any fee or commission in connection herewith.
