Common use of Brokerage and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Brokerage and Expenses. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.19, there are no claims for, and neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has any liability to pay any, brokerage commissions, finders’ fees, or similar compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based on any arrangement or agreement made by or on behalf of Seller or the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
