Brokers’ Fees and Expenses. No broker, investment banker, or financial advisor or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or other similar fee or commission in connection with transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No such fees and expenses will be required to be paid by the Company.
