Common use of Brokerage and Financial Advisers Clause in Contracts

Brokerage and Financial Advisers. No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Purchaser or LLANY in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co., whose fees for services rendered in connection therewith will be paid by Purchaser.

Brokerage and Financial Advisers. No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Purchaser or LLANY in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Goldxxx Xxxhx & Co.Xompany, whose fees for services rendered in connection therewith with such transactions will be paid by Purchaser.

Brokerage and Financial Advisers. No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Purchaser Sellers or LLANY its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx & Co., whose fees for services rendered in connection therewith will be paid by PurchaserSellers.

Brokerage and Financial Advisers. No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Purchaser or LLANY any of the Acquiring Parties in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co., whose fees for services rendered in connection therewith will be paid by Purchaser.

No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Purchaser or LLANY MONY in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx & Co. and Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co., Inc. whose fees for services rendered in connection therewith with such transactions will be paid by PurchaserMONY.

No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted acted, directly or indirectly indirectly, as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Purchaser Seller or LLANY its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Lazard Freres & Co., LLC, whose fees for services rendered in connection therewith will be paid by PurchaserSeller or an Affiliate of Seller.

Brokerage and Financial Advisers. No broker, finder or financial adviser advisor has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Purchaser or LLANY Reinsurer in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co., whose fees for services rendered in connection therewith will be paid by Purchaser.

Brokerage and Financial Advisers. No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Purchaser or LLANY such Seller in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co., whose fees for services rendered in connection therewith will be paid by Purchaser.

Brokerage and Financial Advisers. No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Purchaser or LLANY in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Goldxxx Xxxhs & Co.Company, whose fees for services rendered in connection therewith with such transactions will be paid by Purchaser.
