Common use of Brokerage and Financial Advisers Clause in Contracts

Brokerage and Financial Advisers. No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Buyer in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Brokerage and Financial Advisers. No broker, finder or financial adviser has acted directly or indirectly as such for, or is entitled to any compensation from, Buyer Seller in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co., whose fees for services rendered in connection with such transactions will be paid by Seller.
