Brokerage and Finder’s Fee. Neither of the Purchasers, their affiliates nor any shareholder, director, officer or employee thereof, has incurred or will incur on behalf of such Purchaser, any brokerage, finders’ or similar fee in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement for which any of the Sellers or their affiliates will be obligated.
Brokerage and Finder’s Fee. Buyer represents and warrants to Seller and Seller represents and warrants to Buyer, that no person is entitled to any brokerage commissions or finder's fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as a result of any action taken by it or any of its affiliates, officers, directors or employees.

Except as set forth in Section 3.22 of the Sellers’ Disclosure Schedule, no broker, finder or investment banker or other person is directly or indirectly entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission or any similar charge in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of any Seller or any Affiliate of any Seller.

Except for investment banking fees owed to Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC (which fees shall be paid by the Seller at Closing), no broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Seller or any Affiliate or Subsidiary of the Seller.
Brokerage and Finder’s Fee. Except for MLP’s and Seller’s obligations to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co. and Xxxxxx Brothers Inc. as described in Section 5.9 of the MLP Disclosure Schedule (as such term is defined in the Merger Agreement), none of Seller or any MLP Group Entity, nor any equityholder, director, officer or employee thereof, has incurred or will incur on behalf of Seller, any MLP Group Entity or itself, any brokerage, finders’, success, deal completion or similar fee in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement that will impose any obligation on Buyer or any MLP Group Entity.

No agent, broker, finder, investment banker, financial advisor or similar person will be entitled to any fee, commission or other compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement on the basis of any action or statement made by DEFS, TEPPCO MLP or TEPPCO GP or any affiliate thereof, or any of their respective partners, shareholders, members, directors, officers or employees acting on behalf of DEFS, TEPPCO MLP, TEPPCO GP or any affiliate thereof.
Brokerage and Finder’s Fee. Except for Xxxxxx Brothers Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (the fees of which are payable by Enterprise), no agent, broker, finder, investment banker, financial advisor or similar person will be entitled to any fee, commission or other compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement on the basis of any action or statement made by Enterprise or any of its affiliates, or any of their respective partners, shareholders, members, directors, officers or employees acting on behalf of Enterprise or any affiliate thereof.
Brokerage and Finder’s Fee. Buyer has not incurred and will not incur any brokerage, finder, or similar fee in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents to which it is a party.
Brokerage and Finder’s Fee. No shareholder, officer, director or agent of the Seller has incurred any liability to any broker, finder or agent, not an employee of Seller, for any brokerage fees, finder's fees, or commissions with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
