Common use of BROKERAGE FEES AND EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

BROKERAGE FEES AND EXPENSES. 9.1 The Trust, on behalf of the Acquired Fund, and the Acquiring Trust, on behalf of the Acquiring Fund, each represents and warrants to the other that there are no brokers or finders entitled to receive any payments in connection with the transactions provided for herein. 9.2 The Acquiring Trust, on behalf of the Acquiring Fund, shall pay all fees paid to governmental authorities for the registration or qualification of the Acquiring Shares. The other expenses of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be borne by the following parties in the percentages indicated: (a) the Trust, on behalf of the Acquired Fund, __%, (b) the Acquiring Trust, on behalf of the Acquiring Fund, __%, and (c) Liberty Financial Companies, Inc. __%.
