Common use of BROKERAGE OR COMMISSIONS Clause in Contracts

BROKERAGE OR COMMISSIONS. No person is entitled to receive from the Company a finder’s fee, brokerage or commission in connection with this agreement or anything in it and the Company is not liable to pay to any of its directors, employees, agents and advisers any sum whatsoever in connection with the sale of the Shares.

BROKERAGE OR COMMISSIONS. No person is entitled to receive from the any Group Company a finder’s fee, brokerage or commission in connection with this agreement or anything in it and the no Group Company is not liable to pay any sum whatsoever to any of its directors, employees, agents and or advisers any sum whatsoever in connection with with, or as a result of, the sale of the Shares.
