Fraud, etc. Client is convicted of an offence involving fraud, deception or dishonesty or any other serious criminal offence (other than a road traffic offence where a non-custodial sentence is imposed);

Fraud, etc. Nothing in this Clause 19 shall have the effect of restricting or limiting any liability arising as a result of any fraud, wilful misconduct or wilful concealment.
