Fraud, etc. Client is convicted of an offence involving fraud, deception or dishonesty or any other serious criminal offence (other than a road traffic offence where a non-custodial sentence is imposed);
Fraud, etc. Nothing in this Clause 19 shall have the effect of restricting or limiting any liability arising as a result of any fraud, wilful misconduct or wilful concealment.
Fraud, etc. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, in the case of any breach by a Party of any representation or warranty involving Fraud, there shall be no time limitation on the right of the other Parties to bring any Claim in respect of such breach and to be indemnified in respect thereof.
