Brokerage or Finder’s Fee. Each of the parties hereto represent and warrant to each other that no broker or other person is entitled to a brokerage or finder’s fee or commission or other compensation in respect to the execution of this Agreement and the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby. Each of the parties hereto agree to indemnify and hold the other harmless against and in respect to any and all claims, losses, liabilities or expenses which may be asserted against such other party by any broker or other person who claims to be entitled to a brokerage or finder’s fee or commission in respect of the execution of this Agreement and the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby by reason of his or its acting at the request of such party.
Brokerage or Finder’s Fee. There is no Person acting or purporting to act at its request who is entitled to any brokerage or finder's fee in connection with the transactions contemplated herein.
Brokerage or Finder’s Fee. Any and all brokerage fees due and payable to any broker, finder, agent or similar intermediary in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby shall be borne by the Party responsible for retaining, or claimed to be responsible for retaining, such broker, finder, agent or similar intermediary.

Brokerage or Finder’s Fee. No person is entitled to, has received, or shall receive any brokerage commissions or finder’s fees in connection with the Transactions as a result of any action taken by Buyer or any of the affiliates, officers, directors or employees thereof.

(“Xxxx Xxxxx”), no broker, finder, agent or similar intermediary is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or other commission in connection therewith based on any agreement, arrangement or understanding with Seller or its affiliates or any action taken by Seller or its Affiliates.
Brokerage or Finder’s Fee. All negotiations relative to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on by Grantor in such manner as not to give rise to any valid claim for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee, or other fee or commission arising by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement that would be added to or otherwise affect the Purchase Price or that would give rise to a valid claim against Waterton.
Brokerage or Finder’s Fee. Except for Beringea, LLC, no broker, finder, agent or similar intermediary has acted for or on behalf of Seller in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby and no broker, finder, agent or similar intermediary is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or other commission in connection therewith based on any agreement, arrangement or understanding with Seller or any action taken by Seller.
Brokerage or Finder’s Fee. There is no Person acting or purporting to act at the request of Duncan Park who is entitled to any brokerage or finder's fee in connection with the transactions contemplated herein.
