Common use of Brokers and Consultants Clause in Contracts

Brokers and Consultants. Except as set forth on Schedule 11.23 hereto, no broker, finder or consultant acting on behalf of the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries brought about the obtaining, making or closing of the loans made pursuant to this Agreement, and neither the Parent nor any Subsidiary thereof has any obligation to any Person in respect of any finder's, consulting or brokerage fees in connection with the Loan contemplated by this Agreement.
