Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. During the Period of Employment and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the Severance Date, the Executive will not directly or indirectly through any other Person (i) induce or attempt to induce any employee or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company to leave the employ or service, as applicable, of the Company or such Affiliate, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or any such Affiliate, on the one hand, and any employee or independent contractor thereof, on the other hand, or (ii) hire any person who was an employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company until twelve (12) months after such individual’s employment relationship with the Company or such Affiliate has been terminated.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. During the Period of Employment and for a period of twelve (12) months after the Severance Date, the Executive will not directly or indirectly through any other Person induce or attempt to induce any employee or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company to leave the employ or service, as applicable, of the Company or such Affiliate, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or any such Affiliate, on the one hand, and any employee or independent contractor thereof, on the other hand.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. Consultant agrees that during the Term and the twelve-month period following the Termination Date, he shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or otherwise encourage any employees or consultants of the Company to leave the employ or service of the Company, or solicit, directly or indirectly, any of the Company’s employees or consultants for employment or service; provided, however, that Consultant may solicit an employee or consultant if (i) such employee or consultant has resigned voluntarily (without any solicitation from Consultant), and at least one (1) year has elapsed since such employee’s or consultant’s resignation from employment or termination of service with the Company, (ii) such employee’s employment or consultant’s services was terminated by the Company, and if one (1) year has elapsed since such employee or consultant was terminated by the Company, (iii) the Company has consented to the solicitation of such employee or consultant in writing, which consent the Company may withhold in its sole discretion, or (iv) such solicitation solely occurs by general solicitations for employment to the public.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. Executive acknowledges that, as part of his employment or association with the Company, he will become familiar with the salary, pay scale, capabilities, experiences, skill and desires of the Company’s employees. In order to protect the confidentiality of such information, Executive agrees that, for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of his employment with the Company, whether such termination occurs at the insistence of Executive or the Company, Executive shall not recruit, hire, solicit, or attempt to recruit, hire or solicit, directly or by assisting others, any other employees or consultants employed by or associated with the Company, nor shall he contact or communicate with any other employees or consultants of the Company for the purpose of inducing other employees or consultants to terminate their employment or association with the Company. For purposes of this covenant, “other employees or consultants” shall refer to permanent employees, temporary employees, or consultants who were employed by, doing business with, or associated with the Company within six (6) months of the time of the attempted recruiting, hiring or solicitation. Executive’s obligations under this Section 9 shall survive the termination of this Agreement and Executive’s employment with the Company.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. During your employment with the Company and during the Restricted Period, you will not, and should be enjoined (if necessary) from being able to directly or indirectly through any other Person: (i) induce or attempt to induce any employee or independent contractor of the Company or any affiliate of the Company to leave the employ or service, as applicable, of the Company or such affiliate, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or any such affiliate, on the one hand, and any employee or independent contractor thereof, on the other hand, or (ii) hire any person who was an employee of the Company or any affiliate of the Company until twelve (12) months after such individual’s employment relationship with the Company or such affiliate has been terminated.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. During the Period of Employment and for a period of twelve (12) months after the Severance Date, the Executive will not directly or indirectly through any other Person solicit, induce or encourage, or attempt to solicit, induce or encourage, any employee or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company to leave the employ or service, as applicable, of the Company or such Affiliate, or become employed or engaged by any third party, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or any such Affiliate, on the one hand, and any employee or independent contractor thereof, on the other hand.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. During the Participant’s period of service and for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of the Participant’s Termination of Relationship, the Participant shall not directly or indirectly through any other Person (i) induce or attempt to induce any employee or independent contractor of the Protected Companies to leave the employ or service, as applicable, of the Protected Companies, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Protected Companies, on the one hand, and any employee or independent contractor thereof, on the other hand, or (ii) hire any person who was an employee of the Protected Companies, in each case, until six (6) months after such individual’s employment relationship with the Protected Companies has been terminated.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. During the Covenant Period, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly solicit any employee or consultant of the Company or CP Group to leave their employment or engagement. For this Paragraph 3(d), general newspaper and other media advertisements shall not be a solicitation of employees or consultants or former employees or former consultants of the Company or the CP Group.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. I agree that while I am engaged as an Associate of the Company and for a period of one (1) year after termination or cessation of such engagement for any reason, I shall not directly or indirectly hire, recruit, or solicit any employee, independent contractor or consultant of the Company or its Affiliates, or induce or attempt to induce any employee independent contractor or consultant of the Company or its Affiliates to discontinue his or her relationship with the Company or its Affiliates.
Non-Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. During the Employment Period and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the termination, the Executive will not directly or indirectly through any other person or entity (a) induce or attempt to induce any employee or independent contractor of the Company to leave the employ or service, as applicable, of the Company, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company, on the one hand, and any employee or independent contractor thereof, on the other hand, or (b) hire any person who was an employee of the Company, in each case, until six (6) months after such individual's employment relationship with the Company has been terminated; provided, however, that clause (a) shall not restrict general soliciting activity not specifically targeted at the Company or its subsidiaries (including the placement of general advertisements in trade media and the engagement of search firms that are not instructed to target the Company or its subsidiaries); provided, however, that the foregoing provision shall not allow the hiring of such persons.
