Common use of Brokers and Financial Advisors Clause in Contracts

Brokers and Financial Advisors. Borrower hereby represents that it has dealt with no financial advisors, brokers, underwriters, placement agents, agents or finders in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Borrower and Lender hereby agree to indemnify and hold the other harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind in any way relating to or arising from a claim by any Person that such Person acted on behalf of the indemnifying party in connection with the transactions contemplated herein. The provisions of this Section 10.21 shall survive the expiration and termination of this Agreement and the repayment of the Debt.

The provisions of this Section 10.21 shall survive the expiration and termination of this Agreement and the repayment of the Debt.

The provisions of this Section 10.21 9.20 shall survive the expiration and termination of this Agreement and the repayment payment of the Debt.

Borrower (a) Borrowers hereby represents represent that it no Loan Party has dealt with no any financial advisors, brokers, underwriters, placement agents, agents or finders in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Borrower and Lender Borrowers hereby agree to indemnify and hold the other Administrative Agent harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind in any way relating to or arising from a claim by any Person that such Person acted on behalf of the indemnifying party any Loan Party in connection with the transactions contemplated herein. The provisions of this Section 10.21 11.22 shall survive the expiration and termination of this Agreement and the repayment payment of the Debt.
