Common use of Broker’s and Transaction Fees Clause in Contracts

Broker’s and Transaction Fees. No Loan Party has any obligation to any Person in respect of any finder’s, broker’s or investment banker’s fees in connection with the Transactions, except for the payment of a transaction fee of U.S.$4,000,000 to One Equity Partners LLC.
