Common use of Brokers, Etc Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Etc. No broker, investment banker, agent, finder or other intermediary acting on behalf of Purchaser or under the authority of Purchaser is or will be entitled to any broker’s or finder’s fee or any other commission or similar fee directly or indirectly in connection with the Transaction.
