Purchaser's Representation. Purchaser represents and warrants to Seller that it has not hired, retained or dealt with any broker, finder, consultant, person, firm, or corporation in connection with the negotiation, execution or delivery of this Agreement or the transaction contemplated hereby.

("Goldman").
