Common use of Brokers, Etc Clause in Contracts

Except for fees and expenses which shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer, no broker or investment banker acting on behalf of Buyer or Buyer's Affiliates is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other commission or similar fee directly or indirectly in connection with any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
