Common use of Brokers' Fees and Stamp Taxes Clause in Contracts

Brokers' Fees and Stamp Taxes. The Lessee shall pay or cause to be paid any brokers' fees for which the Lessee is responsible pursuant to Section 15.2 below and any and all stamp, transfer and other similar taxes, fees and excise, if any, including any interest and penalties, which are payable in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Participation Agreement and the other Operative Documents.
