Common use of Brokers' Fees and Stamp Taxes Clause in Contracts

Brokers' Fees and Stamp Taxes. The Lessee shall pay during ----------------------------- the Basic Lease Term, or during the Construction Period, cause to be paid, from the proceeds of the Advances or otherwise any brokers' fees and any and all stamp, transfer and other similar taxes, fees and excises, if any, including any interest and penalties, which are payable in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Participation Agreement and the other Operative Documents.
