Brokers, Finders, Other Offers. Except as set forth in Schedule 2.32, no finder, broker, agent, or other intermediary, acting on behalf of any Acquired Company, is entitled to a commission, fee, or other compensation or obligation in connection with the negotiation or consummation of this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
