No Finder. Neither Buyer nor any Person acting on its behalf has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
No Finder. No broker, finder or other person is entitled to a commission, brokerage fee or other similar payment in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby as a result of any agreement or action of Seller or any party acting on Seller's behalf.
