Common use of Brokers, Finders Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Purchasers.

No broker, finder investment banker, financial advisor or investment banker other Person is entitled to any brokeragebroker’s, finder’s ’s, financial advisors or other similar fee or commission commission, or the reimbursement of expenses in connection therewith, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement the Transaction Documents based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Purchasersthe Buyer.

No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, brokerage or finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement Merger or any of the Contemplated Transactions based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of PurchasersParent or Merger Subs.
