Common use of Brokers or Financial Advisors Clause in Contracts

Brokers or Financial Advisors. No Person has acted, directly or indirectly, as a broker, agent, finder or financial advisor for the Sellers in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument contemplated hereby, and no Person is entitled to any fee or commission or like payment in respect thereof, except Xxxxxxxxx, LLC, whose fees, costs and expenses shall be paid by the Sellers.

Brokers or Financial Advisors.
