Common use of BROKER'S OR FINDER Clause in Contracts

BROKER'S OR FINDER. S FEES. No agent, broker, person or firm acting on behalf of the Sellers or the Companies is, or will be, entitled to any commission or broker's or finder's fees from the Sellers or the Companies, or from any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Sellers or either of the Companies, in connection with any of the transactions contemplated herein.
