Common use of BROKER'S OR FINDER Clause in Contracts

BROKER'S OR FINDER. S FEES. No agent, broker, investment banker, or other person or firm acting on behalf of or under the authority of Seller or any affiliate of Seller is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other commission or similar fee, directly or indirectly, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
