Tangible Personal Property. (a) The Contractor on its behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates, as defined below, shall comply with the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. §12-411b, as follows:
Tangible Personal Property. All appliances, fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture, carpet, drapes and other items of personal property, if any, now or hereafter owned by Seller and located on or about the Land and the Improvements (the “Tangible Personal Property”), including any and all items of Personal Property set forth in the Plans and Specifications.
Tangible Personal Property. (a) Schedule 4.12(a) sets forth all leases of personal property ("Personal Property Leases") involving annual payments in excess of $25,000 relating to personal property used in the business of the Purchaser or to which the Purchaser is a party or by which the properties or assets of the Purchaser is bound. The Purchaser has delivered or otherwise made available to the Sellers true, correct and complete copies of the Personal Property Leases, together with all amendments, modifications or supplements thereto.

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(v), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "Tangible Personal Property"));
Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, without warranty, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned or leased by Seller's property manager or tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY").
