BSCC Representative. The BSCC Executive Director or his or her designee shall be the State’s representative (“Agency Representative”) for administration of this Agreement. Any amendment to this Agreement, including any exhibit, schedule or attachment hereto, shall be binding on the State only if signed by the Agency Representative. This Article 2(A) shall not limit any requirements for amendment of any other agreement that is a Project Document.
