Common use of Budget and Appropriation of Installment Payments Clause in Contracts

Budget and Appropriation of Installment Payments. During the Term of this Agreement, the City shall adopt all necessary budgets and make all necessary appropriations of the Installment Payments from the Net Revenues. If any Installment Payment requires the adoption by the City of any supplemental budget or appropriation, the City shall promptly adopt the same. The covenants on the part of the City contained in this subsection (d) constitute duties imposed by law and it is the duty of each and every public official of the City to take such actions and do such things as are required by law in the performance of the official duty of such officials to enable the City to carry out and perform the covenants and agreements in this subsection (d).
