Not less frequently than once during each 12-month period following the Closing Date, a copy of the plan and forecast (including a projected balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flow) of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the upcoming 12-month period prepared in such detail as shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
