Cash Flow Projections. As soon as practicable, and in any event, within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, projected consolidated cash flows for the REIT and the Consolidated Entities for the following Fiscal Year. Borrower shall also provide such additional supporting details as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
Cash Flow Projections. Concurrently with the delivery of the items required pursuant to the immediately preceding subsection (k), and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, concurrently with the delivery of the financial statements required pursuant to Section 8.1., consolidated statements of projected cash flow of the Parent, the Borrower and the other Subsidiaries for the immediately following period of 4 consecutive fiscal quarters of the Parent;
Cash Flow Projections. On the Restatement Effective Date and monthly thereafter until the Trigger Date, cash flow projections for the Parent and its Subsidiaries (the “Cash Flow Projections”) for the 13-week period beginning on the Business Day on which such Cash Flow Projections are due, which Cash Flow Projections shall (i) be based on information available, and projections made, as of the last Business Day of the immediately preceding calendar month and (ii) include a variance report describing in reasonable detail the variance(s) in actual cash flow from projected cash flow for the month ended on such last Business Day; provided, however, that in no event will the Parent be required to deliver such Cash Flow Projections if, at the end of any such month, (a) no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing and (b) the aggregate amount of Unrestricted Cash and Cash Equivalents of the Parent and its Subsidiaries (including any remaining Net Cash Proceeds from the 2013 Equity Investment not used on the Third Amendment Effective Date to make the Amendment Prepayment) at the end of any such month exceeds $75,000,000.
Cash Flow Projections. Within two (2) Business Days prior to the end of each calendar month, a projection of IDT’s cash flow for the immediately succeeding 7ninety (90)-day period, such projections to be developed by IDT in good faith and based on IDT’s best judgment as to the performance of the Approved Retail Energy Business during such period.
Cash Flow Projections. We will provide projections of the program's claims expenditures during 2022-23.
Cash Flow Projections. Within 60 days of the effective date of this Agreement, each of the Companies shall submit to the Reserve Bank a written statement of their planned sources and uses of cash for debt service, operating expenses, and other purposes (“Cash Flow Projection”) for the remainder of 2024. Each of the Companies shall submit to the Reserve Bank Cash Flow Projections for each calendar year subsequent to 2024 at least one month prior to the beginning of that calendar year.
Cash Flow Projections. On or about October 1 of each year following the issuance of DISTRICT bonds, DISTRICT shall cause the delivery of the following information to the City Finance Director for review and approval: a cash flow projection by year for the entire term of the indebtedness. The cash flow projection shall include, but not be limited to, existing and projected taxable valuation, a projected annual debt service levy, existing and projected cash receipts, cash disbursements and available balances in the bond fund and general fund of DISTRICT. DISTRICT shall adopt tax rate levies sufficient to fund the succeeding years’ general and bond fund projected obligation as required in the cash flow projections.
Cash Flow Projections. Together with the Borrowing Base Certificate delivered by the Administrative Borrower in the calendar months of January, April, July and October, or more frequently as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent monthly cash flow projections covering the calendar quarter in which such Borrowing Base Certificate was delivered, each of which shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Cash Flow Projections beginning on April 2, 2020, and on each Thursday thereafter, by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on each such Thursday, an Updated Cash Flow Projection for the period commencing at the end of the Friday of the prior week through and including 15 weeks thereafter together with a written summary of any changes to the preceding Updated Cash Flow Projection;
Cash Flow Projections. If requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender: on the first Business Day of each calendar month after the Closing Date to and including (x) the later of (1) the reduction of the amortization shortfall amount under the 2008 Credit Agreement to zero and (2) the second anniversary of the Closing Date and (y) the date on which the Total Leverage Ratio shall be no greater than 0.60 to 1.00 for the most recently ended Test Period for which financial statements are due under Section 8.01(a) or (b), cash flow projections for the Parent and its Subsidiaries (the “Cash Flow Projections”) for the 13-week period beginning on the Business Day on which such Cash Flow Projections are due, which Cash Flow Projections shall (i) be based on information available, and projections made, as of the last Business Day of the immediately preceding calendar month and (ii) include a variance report describing in reasonable detail the variance(s) in actual cash flow from projected cash flow for the month ended on such last Business Day; provided that (i) after the First Amendment Effective Date to and including the Second Amendment Effective Date, the Parent will deliver the Cash Flow Projections referenced above to the Administrative Agent bi-weekly, (ii) during the Liquidity Waiver Period, the Parent will deliver the Cash Flow Projections (together with the variance report) referenced above to the Administrative Agent weekly (by no later than Friday of each calendar week) and (iii) after the Liquidity Waiver Period to and including March 30, 2012, the Parent will deliver the Cash Flow Projections (together with the variance report) referenced above to the Administrative Agent bi-weekly.”.
5. Section 8.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following new Section 8.01(m) at the end of said Section:
