Common use of Budgets, etc Clause in Contracts

Budgets, etc. Not more than 30 days after the commencement of each fiscal year of Parent, a budget of Parent and its Subsidiaries (x) in reasonable detail for each of the twelve months of such fiscal year and (y) in summary form for each of the four fiscal years immediately following such fiscal year, in each case as customarily prepared by management for its internal use setting forth, with appropriate discussion, the principal assumptions upon which such budgets are based. Together with each delivery of financial statements pursuant to Sections 8.01(a), (b) and (c), a comparison of the current year to date financial results (other than in respect of the balance sheets included therein) against the budgets required to be submitted pursuant to this clause (e) shall be presented.
