BUG FIXING AND REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS. We use commercially reasonable efforts to provide work-around solutions or patches to reported Product problems. With Your prior authorization, We may perform remote diagnostics to work on Your reported problems. If You decline remote diagnostics, We can agree to On-site Support which will be subject to additional fees and reasonable travel and expenses, for which You are responsible.
