Common use of Building Access Cards Clause in Contracts

Building Access Cards. Prior to Lease Commencement Tenant shall submit to Landlord a list of employees needing Building Access Cards. Based upon such list, Landlord will provide Tenant a maximum of one (1) Building Access Card per employee at a cost to Tenant of $20.00 per card. After the date Tenant first occupies the premises, any replacement or additional cards will be furnished at a cost to Tenant of $20.00 per card.
