Common use of Building Directories Clause in Contracts

Building Directories. The directories of the building shall be used exclusively for the display of the name and location of tenants only and will be provided at the expense of Landlord. Any company names and/or name changes requested by Tenant to be displayed in the directories must be approved by Landlord and, if approved, will be provided at the sole expense of Tenant.

The directories of for the building Building shall be in the form selected from time to time by Landlord and shall be used exclusively for the to display of the names and locations of tenants. Landlord shall add Tenant’s name and location of tenants only and will be provided at the expense of Landlordto any such directories. Any company additional names and/or name changes change requested by Tenant to be displayed in the directories must be approved by Landlord and, if approved, will be provided at the sole expense cost of Tenant.
