Building Exterior. No portion of the area outside of the Building or the exterior of the Building is leased to Tenant. No rubbish containers may be stored outside of the Premises except inside existing trash enclosure areas. No other materials may be stored outside the Premises. Tenant shall have no right of access to the Building roof and Tenant shall make no penetrations of the roof or the roof membrane of the Building.
