Uses. Any shared asset shall be used for law enforcement purposes in accordance with the statutes and guidelines that govern the Department of Justice and the Department of the Treasury Equitable Sharing Programs as set forth in the current edition of the Guide to Equitable Sharing for State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies (Guide).
Uses. The Lessee shall be allowed to use the Premises for the following: [WRITE WHAT THE TENANT(S) WILL USE THE PROPERTY FOR]. The above-mentioned use(s) shall be referred to as the “Permitted Use(s).” Any use by the Lessee that does not correspond to the Permitted Use(s) shall be by prior written consent of the Lessor only.

UsesLessee agrees that Lessee will use and occupy said Premises for general offices and related purposes and for no other purposes.
Uses. The Premises are to be used only for general office purposes (“Permitted Uses”), and for no other business or purpose without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld if Landlord determines that any proposed use is inconsistent with or detrimental to the maintenance and operation of the Building as a first-class office building or is inconsistent with any restriction on use of the Premises, the Building or the Land contained in any lease, mortgage or other agreement or instrument by which the Landlord is bound or to which any of such property is subject. Tenant shall not commit any act that will increase the then existing rate of insurance on the Building without Landlord’s consent. Tenant shall promptly pay upon demand the amount of any increase in insurance rates caused by any act or acts of Tenant. Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste upon the Premises, or any public or private nuisance or other act which disturbs the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in the Building or which is unlawful or which will cause any substantial noise, vibration, smoke or fumes. If Tenant should disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in the Building, Tenant shall provide adequate insulation or take other action as reasonably necessary to eliminate the disturbance. Tenant shall comply with all laws relating to its use or occupancy of the Premises and shall observe such reasonable rules and regulations (not inconsistent with the terms of this Lease) as may be adopted and made available to Tenant by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises or the Building, and for the preservation of good order therein. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant may use a reasonable amount of storage area pertinent to the office area and may use portions of the premises for classroom training of employees and franchisees, and cuppings (coffee tastings).
UsesThe Project shall be devoted to those uses that are allowed under Section 3-3-5 of the LUMO for the U-1 zoning district.
UsesThe apartment is leased for residential use only. Tenant shall not operate any business on the premises. Tenant agrees not to use the apartment for any illegal purposes or lease will be terminated.
Uses. An approved academic sabbatical assignment may be used for the following purposes, in accordance with Article 28.2.a.: • Research/creative activity • Updating of professional knowledge • Acquiring new professional knowledge • Enhancement of teaching performance
Uses. The Premises shall be used only for the Permitted Use specified in Section 1 above, and for no other business or purpose without the prior written consent of Landlord. No act shall be done on or around the Premises that is unlawful or that will increase the existing rate of insurance on the Premises, the Building, or the Property, or cause the cancellation of any insurance on the Premises, the Building, or the Property. Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste upon the Premises, or any public or private nuisance. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done on the Premises, the Building, or the Property which will obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the Property, or their employees, officers, agents, servants, contractors, customers, clients, visitors, guests, or other licensees or invitees or to injure or annoy such persons.
