Common use of Building Maintenance Rule Clause in Contracts

Building Maintenance Rule. ① The Lessor or managing agent may draw up, enforce, amend or abolish “Building Management Rule (rules related to such facilities as parking and elevator)” and “Occupancy Guideline” and the Lessee shall abide by the management rule and guideline for the purpose of facilitating the maintenance of the premises and the Lessee’s business. ② Any change in the maintenance rule or guideline to be drawn up and enforced by the Lessor shall become enforceable by the parties with a month’s prior notice.
