Common use of Building Name and Signage Clause in Contracts

Building Name and Signage. Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name(s) of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings and Project and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings and any portion of the Project as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the names of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings or Project or use pictures or illustrations of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings or Project in advertising or other publicity, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Landlord shall have the right at any time to designate and/or change the name(s) name and/or address of the BuildingProject, the Other Existing Buildings and Project Building and/or any other building in the Project, and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the BuildingProject, the Other Existing Buildings and Building and/or any portion of other building in the Project Project, as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the names name of the BuildingProject, the Other Existing Buildings Building or Project any other building in the Project, or use pictures or illustrations of the BuildingProject, the Other Existing Buildings Building or Project any other building in the Project, in advertising or other publicity, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

So long as Tenant is able to maintain its sign rights hereunder, Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name(s) of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings and Project Real Property and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings and any portion of the Project Real Property as Landlord may, in Landlord’s 's sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the names of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings or Project Real Property or use pictures or illustrations of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings or Project Real Property in advertising or other publicity, without the prior written consent of Landlord.
