Common use of Building Name and Signage Clause in Contracts

Building Name and Signage. Landlord shall have the right at any time to designate and/or change the name of the Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Building, as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire subject however to all of the rights to signage, both exclusive and non-exclusive, granted to Tenant in Article 21 of this Lease.

Tenant shall not use the name of the rights to signageBuilding or use pictures or illustrations of the Building in advertising or other publicity, both exclusive and non-exclusivewithout the prior written consent of Landlord, granted to Tenant in Article 21 of this Leasewhich consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
