Common use of Building Permit Clause in Contracts

Building Permit. If required by the nature of the exterior rehabilitation of the Structure as determined by the City in its sole discretion, the City, or its designee, shall have received a copy of the building permit issued by the City's Planning & Development Department for the Project which is in such form and with such content as the City, or its designee, may reasonably require.
