Building Permits; Other Permits. All building, construction and other permits necessary or required in connection with the Construction of the Improvements have been validly issued or will be issued in a timely manner by a date sufficient to ensure commencement of construction and Completion of Construction in accordance with the Project Schedule. All required fees have been paid and bonds and/or other security have been posted in connection with all permits that have been issued, and adequate amounts are included in the Budget to pay all fees and the cost of all bonds and other security in connection with permits to be issued in the future. Following the issuance thereof, all permits will remain in full force and effect.
