Common use of Building Permits Clause in Contracts

Building Permits. The Owner covenants and agrees that neither it nor any person under its authority shall be entitled to the issuance of one or more building permits to construct any buildings or structures contemplated under this Agreement until this Agreement has been fully executed and registered on title to the subject lands.
