Common use of BUILDING PLANNING Clause in Contracts

BUILDING PLANNING. If Landlord requires the Premises for use in conjunction with another suite or other reasons connected with the Building planning program, upon notifying Tenant in writing, Landlord shall have the right to move Tenant to other similar space in the Building (which space shall have a similar view, location and finishes as the Premises) at Landlord's sole cost and expense, including the cost of providing Tenant with replacement business cards, brochures and stationery reflecting such change. Landlord shall also pay the Tenant's actual costs of moving to the new space, including the costs of rewiring and connecting Tenant's cabling (such as for Tenant's computers and telephones). Tenant shall also be permitted to conduct its move over a weekend. The terms and conditions of the original Lease shall remain in full force and effect with respect to any new space, save and excepting that a revised Exhibit A shall become part of this Lease and shall --------- reflect the location of the new space. However, if the new space does not meet with Xxxxxx's approval, Tenant shall have the right to cancel this Lease upon giving Landlord notice within ten (10) days of receipt of Landlord's notification. Such cancellation shall not be effective for thirty (30) days after such notice from Tenant and Landlord may, at its option, reinstate this Lease by giving Tenant notice within five (5) days after Xxxxxxxx's receipt of notice from Tenant that Tenant may keep the original Premises.

BUILDING PLANNING. In the event of any such relocation, Landlord shall pay for the cost of providing Tenant with replacement business cardssuch substantially similar tenant improvements (but not any furniture or personal property), brochures and stationery reflecting such change. Landlord shall also pay reimburse Tenant, within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s receipt of invoices and paid receipts, for the reasonable moving, telephone installation and stationery reprinting costs actually paid for by Tenant in connection with such relocation. If Landlord so relocates Tenant's actual costs of moving to , the new space, including the costs of rewiring and connecting Tenant's cabling (such as for Tenant's computers and telephones). Tenant shall also be permitted to conduct its move over a weekend. The terms and conditions of the original this Lease shall remain in full force and effect with respect and apply to any the new space, save and excepting except that (a) a revised Exhibit A “B” shall become part of this Lease and shall --------- reflect the location of the new space. However, if (b) Section 1 of this Lease shall be amended to include and state all correct data as to the new space, provided that in no event shall the Monthly Basic Rent be increased and in the event that the new space does not meet with Xxxxxx's approvalis smaller than the Premises, Tenant the Monthly Basic Rent shall have be adjusted downwards accordingly based on the right reduced rentable square footage of the new space, and (c) such new space shall thereafter be deemed to cancel this Lease upon giving Landlord notice within ten (10) days of receipt of Landlord's notification. Such cancellation shall not be effective for thirty (30) days after such notice from Tenant and Landlord may, at its option, reinstate this Lease by giving Tenant notice within five (5) days after Xxxxxxxx's receipt of notice from Tenant that Tenant may keep the original Premises.

If Tenant so notifies Landlord, then either (i) Landlord shall, within 30 days of receipt of Tenant's notification.
