Building Rules and Regulations; Tobacco Use. Employees of Construction Manager and any sub-contractors shall comply with all Owner rules and regulations pertaining to conduct in Owner’s facilities. Owner reserves the right to request the removal or replacement of Construction Manager or sub-contractor employee who fails to comply with such rules and regulations. All buildings, property and University owned vehicles are tobacco-free. Use of tobacco products is not permitted in or on any Owner facility/property. The Construction Manager is expected to respect this tobacco-free policy and fully comply with it.
